Hall Classes

We run hall classes across Surrey, currently in Burpham, Shere and West Clandon.

The venues all have free parking, are lovely and warm, light and spacious. 

Halls are kept as small groups to make sure everyone has individual attention and care.

Ideally bring your own mat (for your comfort and hygiene) and all other items of equipment are provided.

Schools and Corporate Classes

Pilates is proven to assist balance and coordination in children, focus and concentration.  Ages 10 and above enjoy the mix of play and relaxation.  

The corporate sessions are tailored to the needs of the clients.  A blend of strength and fitness, or soothing stretching and meditative breathing - whatever suits! All sessions can be recorded and uploaded to be made available for all staff.

Sports Massage Therapy

Since 2009 I have worked in many countries for Olympic athletes, professional triathletes, rowers, weight lifters, rugby players, swimmers, horse riders, runners, cyclists, busy parents, desk based business people, and those merely seeking relief from injuries and pains.

I offer massage at my Bramley studio or the privacy of your own home.  Targeted careful treatment to ease your issues. I can combine with acupuncture and kinesio taping if needed.

Live Online Classes

Using Zoom we offer daily live classes each week for all abilities.  Recordings of these classes are then uploaded for members to watch back anytime. 

 

We also offer regular workshops and  private or corporate classes on Zoom, Teams or Facetime to suit.

Private Classes

If you are new to Pilates or returning after an absence, worried about an injury or just wanting to challenge yourself, why not book a 1-2-1? At the Bramley studio, online or in your own home - tailored session backed up with a recording.  

We can also cater for small groups of up to 4 people or run short courses to get you ski fit/run ready/stretched and relaxed.

Hypopressive Breathing 

To aid pelvic floor issues, abdominal imbalances from surgery, diastasis recti, poor core strength and many other issues, I offer regular workshops or private classes to help you master this structured breathing technique.
